Self-Paced Training: Drug Identification and Recognition: Dissociative Anesthetics

Self-paced training to understand dissociative anesthetics, a class of drugs that can make users feel detached from reality and their environment and also distort how they see the world. This training covers two of the most popular dissociative anesthetics: PCP and ketamine. Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to: list the physiological impacts of dissociative anesthetics on the body; identify various street names used for dissociative anesthetics; recognize signs of dissociative anesthetic overdose; describe the paraphernalia associated with dissociative anesthetic use; describe the various methods of ingesting dissociative anesthetics.
