The Indian Country Child Trauma Center (ICCTC) was established to develop trauma-related treatment protocols, outreach materials, and service delivery guidelines specifically designed for American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) children and their families. It is housed at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in the Center on Child Abuse and Neglect. The ICCTC has been awarded the Project Making Medicine grant from the Children's Bureau to provide training to clinicians in Indian Country in the Honoring Children, Mending the Circle curriculum, which is the cultural enhancement of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. ICCTC is also the grantee for the OJJDP Tribal Youth Training and Technical Assistance program. 
CMS has developed this toolkit to help community partners stay informed on CMS and HHS materials available on the COVID-19. Many partners are highlighted for their community care linkages, including faith-based partners, youth partners, LGBT partners, caregiver partners, African American partners, Asian American and Pacific Islander partners, Latino partners, and many other partners in the continuum of care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Capacity Building Center for Tribes works to design and deliver tools and resources for tribal child welfare professionals. These tools and resources, as well as other programs developed by tribes for tribes are available on the Capacity Building Center for Tribes Tribal Information Exchange. Child welfare practice areas of support include Strengthening Families, Partnerships, Indian Child Welfare Act, Sex Trafficking Prevention, Data, Healing and Wellness, and Title IV-B and Title IV- E. Other resources available on the Tribal Information Exchange support Professional Development, Systems and Organizations and connection with peers in child welfare in Indian Country. The Tribal Information Exchange site also includes featured resources for tribes including emergency preparedness and a robust library exchange.
White Bison is the facilitator of the the sustainable grassroots Wellbriety Movement providing culturally based healing for the next seven generations of people. The mission of White Bison is to "disseminate culturally based principles, values and teachings to support healthy community development, servant leadership, and to support healing from alcohol, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders and intergenerational trauma." Training curriculum for children and families include, Wellbriety Celebrating Families, Mothers of Tradition and Fathers of Tradition. These training tools help develop the skills and knowledge to live a healthy life as a traditional, spiritual Native American/Alaska Native woman, fathers and families.

Community readiness is the degree to which a community is willing and prepared to take action on an issue.The Community Readiness Model was developed by researchers at the Tri-Ethnic Center for Prevention Research (Oetting, Donnermeyer, Plested, Edwards, Kelly, and Beauvais, 1995) to help communities be more successful in their efforts to address a variety of issues, such as drug and alcohol use and HIV/AIDs prevention. In part, it is based upon the principles of the Personal Readiness for Change.
