Adolescence is not only a time of rapidly developing bodies but can be a time for emotional highs and lows. Teens need support and guidance from parents and trusted adults as they face more responsibilities and challenges. This toolkit helps parents/guardians understanding the changing brain and development, as well as the emotional development by age. Age groups include 11-12 years, 13-14 years, 15-16 years, 17-21years. Tips are provided for parents to support emotional development for each of these age groups.
