Expanding Broadband in the Black Rural South

Report provides key findings across 152 counties spread across 10 states. Barrier to broadband faced by African Americans in the Black Rural South are described, as well as opportunities that broadband would provide for economic growth, education and health care; barrier to broadband access; and policy recommendations are identified.
