The CMS Coronavirus (COVID-19) Partner Toolkit offers links to engage with partners and stakeholders in the continuum of care and public health to support the nation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Resources provided support African American Partners, Asian American and Pacific Islander Outreach Partners, Faith-Based Partners, Employer Partners, Youth Partners, Social Workers and Case Workers, LGBT Partners, Latino Partners, Caregiver Partners, Disability Organizations and Coalitions, Rural Health Partners, Hospitals/Healthcare Settings, Nursing Facilities, Ambulatory Care Centers, Telemedicine partners, and many other partners supporting our communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to links to partners and resources, the CMS Coronavirus (COVID-19) Partner Toolkit, also includes Publications for Partners, Prescription Drug Information for Partners, Library Toolkits, Strong Start Toolkit, Fraud Prevention Toolkit, Open Door Forums, Patients Over Paperwork Guide, Outreach Toolkit Maps, and other helpful tips, supportive guidance and templates to engage community partners. This resource website, also directs stakeholders to a strategy for communication, including stakeholder calls intended to provide updates, share best practices among peers, and offer attendees and opportunities to ask questions of CMS and other subject matter experts. The CMS Partner Resource Toolkit, also provides links to supporting documents and acts from the White House Coronavirus Task Force Keeping Workplaces, Homes, School or Commercial Establishments Safe.
