Based in Colorado, Grand Family Coalition is a non-profit network of Grandparent and other kin raising kin which works to provide programs and social activities that encourage an inner-community of grandfamilies. Grand Family Coalition provides peer support, peer-to-peer outreach program, group meetings, education classes (Love and Logic which offers a resource to help teach children how to make better choices and avoid power struggles), youth organization to support youth by creating a place where they can connect and be creative. An events calendar is posted and other resources to support grandfamilies are provided.
